Cross Faded Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for pre-ordering Cross Faded. We appreciate your support and patience as we prepare your order.

All Cross Faded products are currently available through pre-order only. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Estimated Shipping Time
Pre-orders are expected to ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, packaging, inventory availability, or carrier delays.

Order Updates
Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a tracking number once their order has shipped.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing.

Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
